Please note that you must contact customer service within 21 days after taking delivery to report any problems with your order to qualify for a refund.

Products must be returned in the same condition received to qualify for a refund on material and products only. estreetplastics is not responsible for shipping charges on any returns (exceptions: estreetplastics will cover shipping charges on items damaged or lost during shipping transit and incorrect material or sizes shipped).
