Q - After payment has been made, how long before my product is shipped?

A - Unless noted otherwise, products are usually available to ship 1 to 3 business days after payment has been received.

Q - If payment is made via money order or personnal check, when will my product ship?

A - If payment is made via personal check, please allow 10 to 15 days for check to clear before your product is shipped. If payment is made via money order, your product will ship in 1 to 3 days after money order is received.

Q - Does eStreetPlastics combine items to reduce my shipping charge?

A - If possible, we will combine items to help reduce your shipping charge. However, there are some situations in which some items cannot be combined with other items.  Our shipping calculator cannot take such situations into consideration, and the actual shipping rate may be different than the quoted calculator shipping rate.  When such situations arise, we will email you a new shipping rate before processing your order.

Q - Will I receive a tracking number?

A - Yes, you will receive a taking number once your order ships.
